What SPICE Computes

Solvent Accessibility (SASA) Per-residue and per-chain buried surface area with interface burial across chain pairs.
Atomic Contacts & Bonds H-bonds, salt bridges, hydrophobic and van der Waals contacts at residue and atom level.
Interface Analysis Interface residue identification, contact maps, distance matrices, and geometric measurements.
VdW Interaction Energy Lennard-Jones scoring for inter-chain atom pairs, ranked by residue contribution to binding.
3D Molecular Viewer Interactive chain coloring, interface highlighting, contact overlays, and exportable outputs.
Multi-Variant Comparison Batch-compare variants vs. wild-type — overlaid 3D views, delta metrics, residue-level export.
